Our small group luxury gastronomic tours have a limit of 10 travelers in order to provide a sensational experience exploring the unique wines and gastronomy of each region.

For clients that would like to travel with their own private group, Global Wine Pursuit Tours is able to curate a custom itinerary that specifically focuses on authentic wines and cuisine of the client’s region of choice.

To sign up for our tours, we require a non-refundable $600.00 trip deposit. To sign up, click here and follow the form to indicate the tour that you are interested in. Once you sign up, our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your registration and have you out our intake form.

$600.00 non-refundable trip deposit is required per traveler to reserve a space on the tour.
180 days prior to the trip’s departure date, 50% of the total trip fees are due. (The $600.00 deposit shall be factored into this 50% balance).
60 days prior to the trip’s departure date, 100% of trip fees must be paid in full.
Payment Methods: We accept credit card and bank transfer only. No personal checks are accepted.

Our cancellation policy is listed below:
$600.00 trip deposits per traveler are non-refundable with the exception if a tour does not run due to lack of sign ups.
180 days prior to departure: All trip fees paid, minus the $600 deposit will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.
179-90 days prior to departure 50% of tour fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.
89-61 days prior to departure 25% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.
60 days prior to departure, 0% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.

Global Wine Pursuit Tours does not offer travel insurance; however, we are happy to help you find a travel insurance provider within our network of contacts.

Flights are not included in our tour prices. We do offer assistance with choosing flights; however, we charge a $200.00 fee for this service.
