How do I sign up for a tour?

To sign up for our tours, we require a non-refundable $600.00 trip deposit. To sign up, click here and follow the form to indicate the tour that you are interested in. Once you sign up, our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your registration and have you out our intake form.

What is your payment schedule for tour fees & what payment methods do you accept?

• $600.00 non-refundable trip deposit is required per traveler to reserve a space on the tour. 

• 180 days prior to the trip’s departure date, 50% of the total trip fees are due. (The $600.00 deposit shall be factored into this 50% balance). 

• 60 days prior to the trip’s departure date, 100% of trip fees must be paid in full. 

• Payment Methods: We accept credit card and bank transfer only. No personal checks are accepted. 
  

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is listed below:

• $600.00 trip deposits per traveler are non-refundable with the exception if a tour does not run due to lack of sign ups.

• 180 days prior to departure: All trip fees paid, minus the $600 deposit will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.

• 179-90 days prior to departure 50% of tour fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.

• 89-61 days prior to departure 25% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.

• 60 days prior to departure, 0% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

Global Wine Pursuit Tours does not offer travel insurance; however, we are happy to help you find a travel insurance provider within our network of contacts.

Are flights included in your tour prices?

Flights are not included in our tour prices. We do offer assistance with choosing flights; however, we charge a $200.00 fee for this service.

Will there always be an English-speaking staff member from your company accompanying the tour group?

Yes. Global Wine Pursuit Tours is unique because we are Americans based in Europe. Our tour groups will always have an English speaking guide to travel with the group. However, we will also partner with local guides in our destinations to ensure the most authentic experience possible. Our clients have the benefit of an English speaking operation manager on our tours as well as the knowledge of local guides. Should you have any question about this, please do not hesitate to ask us.

How many travelers can attend your small group tours?

We cap our maximum at 12 travelers for our small group tours. In our experience, this is a healthy sized group. However, if you have a custom group, we can organize a larger tour for you as well.

What types of hotels do you stay in during your tours? 

Our standard is 4 star hotel or 5 star hotels. 

Do you allow children under 18 on small group tours? 

For small group tours that are not private tours, children under 18 years old are not permitted to join the tour.

Do you permit solo travelers to join your tours?
