By making this deposit, you are registering for a place on one of our upcoming small group tours. By making this deposit, you are agreeing to our client cancellation policy, which is outlined below:
Client Cancellation Policy:
$600.00 trip deposits per traveler are non-refundable with the exception if a tour does not run due to lack of sign ups.
180 days prior to departure: All trip fees paid, minus the $600 deposit will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.
179-90 days prior to departure 50% of tour fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.
89-61 days prior to departure 25% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.
60 days prior to departure, 0% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.
