The tour price is:
Double Occupancy: $3,095 per traveler
Single Occupancy: $3,295 per traveler
Get a $200 discount on the tour fees if the you pay in full on or before September 30, 2026.
Reservations and Deposits:
A $600.00 USD non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a space on the tour.
One Hundred Eighty (180) days prior to departure: Fifty percent (50%) of the total tour price shall be due, inclusive of the previously paid deposit.
Sixty (60) days prior to departure: The remaining balance shall be due in full.
Please note, Global Wine Pursuit Tours accepts bank transfers and payments via credit card. However, we do not accept personal checks as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If Global Wine Pursuit cancels the tour for any reason (including closure of international borders), you will receive a full refund.
Traveler-Initiated Cancellation
The initial USD $600.00 deposit per traveler is non-refundable under all circumstances in which it is a traveler-initiated cancellation.
For cancellations received 180 days or more prior to departure, all monies paid shall be refunded less the non-refundable deposit.
For cancellations received 179 through 90 days prior to departure, fifty percent (50%) of all tour fees paid shall be refunded, less the non-refundable deposit.
For cancellations received 89 through 61 days prior to departure, twenty-five percent (25%) of all tour fees paid shall be refunded, less the non-refundable deposit.
No refunds shall be issued for cancellations received 60 days or fewer prior to departure, for unused services, voluntary early departures, or no-shows.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance.
Passport:
All U.S. citizens traveling to Europe must hold a valid passport. The passport must not expire earlier than six months before the date of re-entry to the United States.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in the vans, during meals, or indoors.
Behavior:
We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any person who is abusive toward others or who displays disruptive behavior.
Itinerary:
We will make every effort to follow the itinerary exactly as presented in the tour brochure. If changes become necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a substitution of equal or higher value.
Traveler Health:
Participants must be in reasonably good health and should inform Global Wine Pursuit Tours in advance of any relevant health conditions or accommodation needs. Travelers should be able to climb in and out of a minivan, take part in a slow-paced walking tour, and climb at least one flight of stairs.
