Terms and Conditions:
A deposit of US $2,000 per guest is required at the time of booking.
Please note that the Nazca lines flight is an optional flight add on for $400.00. This is not included in the tour fees since some travelers prefer to not participate. Please mention whether you would like this included when you register.
Payment Methods: We accept credit card and bank transfer only. No personal checks are accepted.
Our cancellation policy is listed below:
The final payment is due 120 days before the excursion begins.
If you must cancel your trip (or any portion thereof), a cancellation charge will apply; refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation and are as follows:
121 days or more prior to the departure date: US$ 500
120 days to 61 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the full program cost
60 days to 0 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the full program cost
