Client Payment Policy

$600.00 trip deposit is required per traveler to reserve a space on the tour.

180 days prior to the trip’s departure date, 50% of the total trip fees are due. (The $600.00 deposit shall be factored into this 50% balance).

60 days prior to the trip’s departure date, 100% of trip fees must be paid in full.

Client Cancellation Policy

$600.00 trip deposits per traveler are non-refundable with the exception if a tour does not run due to lack of sign ups.

180 days prior to departure: All trip fees paid, minus the $600 deposit will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.

179-90 days prior to departure 50% of tour fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.

89-61 days prior to departure 25% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.

60 days prior to departure, 0% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.
