DAY 1 | Arrival-Palermo Overnight:
Upon arrival at Palermo PMO airport, private individual transfers to your accommodation in Palermo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015. After settling in, enjoy a welcome aperitivo at the hotel, followed by a festive welcome dinner – your first introduction to the traditional flavors of Sicilian cuisine.

DAY 2 | Palermo Overnight:
Enjoy a walking orientation tour of Palermo in the company of one Representative of Addiopizzo - a local Association that has been operating in Palermo and Sicily to promote a cultural revolution against the mafias. Discover the striking Cathedral of the city, where elements of Gothic, Baroque and Norman architecture show the influence of the region’s cultures. Discover the hidden beauty of the former Dominican Convent of Santa Caterina, a stunning example of Sicilian Baroque. Explore its peaceful cloisters and richly decorated church, then enjoy a tasting of the authentic Sicilian cannolo, freshly made using traditional recipes once prepared by the nuns. After some time at leisure for lunch and rest, enjoy an exclusive visit to a private Noble Palace with the owner (pending confirmation from owner). Dinner is at a local restaurant tonight.

DAY 3 | Palermo-Agrigento Overnight:
After breakfast and check-out, meet a passionate Sicilian chef who will guide you through the secrets of authentic Sicilian cuisine. Begin with a visit to a bustling local market in the heart of the city, where vibrant stalls overflow with seasonal produce, fragrant herbs, and freshly caught seafood. As you shop for ingredients side by side with locals, the chef will share insights into traditional recipes and the stories behind them. Then, return to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class, where you'll prepare iconic dishes using traditional techniques. Finally, sit down together to enjoy a delicious lunch featuring the fruits of your labor. In the afternoon, proceed towards Agrigento. Check-in to your accommodation, a charming historic estate set amidst olive groves and Mediterranean gardens, with breathtaking views of the Valley of the Temples.
After some time at leisure to settle in, gather for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

DAY 4 | Agrigento Overnight:
This morning, enjoy a guided tour of the Valley of the Temples. Founded in 582 BC by Greek settlers, the town was described by the Greek poet Pindar as “the most beautiful of those inhabited by mortals”. Then, visit the Garden of Kolymbethra, a shaded corner of paradise where centuries-old olive trees thrive and orange blossoms fill the Valley of the Temples with their fragrance. This rare archaeological and agricultural gem, lovingly cared for by the FAI – Italian Environmental Fund - captures the colors, flavors, and scents of Sicilian land, telling the story of ancient Akragas. Enjoy a picnic in the designated area nestled among the garden’s orange trees. In the afternoon, return to your accommodation and enjoy some time at leisure.

DAY 5 | Ragusa-Syracuse Overnight:
After breakfast and check-out, head towards Syracuse. Stop along the way for a visit to an ancient watermill located in the middle of a canyon in Ragusa. Learn about Sicilian indigenous durum wheat varieties and the traditional way to grind them. Then, enjoy a tasting of local specialties made with the flour produced in the watermill inside a charming cave. Continue to Syracuse and check-in to your accommodation. Meet your local guide for an orientation walking tour of the island of Ortigia, the historic center of the town and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Venture down the winding streets, where splendid Renaissance and Baroque buildings enrich the archaeological wealth of this town. Admire the massive Cathedral and the 6th-century-B.C. Temple of Apollo.

DAY 6 | Val di Noto-Marzamemi Overnight:
This morning, drive along the enchanting roads of the gorgeous countryside of Noto, with vineyards and olive groves undulating over gentle hills. Enjoy a visit to a local winery and taste the flavor of some of the most renowned Sicilian wines, considered as the most ancient of Italy, such as Nero d’Avola and Moscato di Noto and Syracuse. Then, continue to the charming seaside village of Marzamemi, one of Sicily’s most picturesque fishing towns, for a relaxed aperitivo and lunch at leisure. Soak in the laid back atmosphere of the historic piazza, where colorful boats bob in the harbor and locals gather to unwind. Sip a glass of local wine or a refreshing spritz, paired with traditional Sicilian bites, while taking in the timeless coastal beauty. Return to Syracuse and spend the afternoon at leisure for independent exploration, shopping or relaxation, before gathering for dinner at a local restaurant.
