DAY 1 | Arrival-Seoul Overnight
Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, you will be met by your private guide and transferred to your luxury hotel in the heart of the city. After checking in and taking time to refresh, begin your introduction to Seoul with a leisurely visit to Cheonggyecheon Stream, a beautifully restored waterway flowing through the heart of the capital. Once covered by roads and an elevated highway, the historic stream has been transformed into a peaceful pedestrian corridor, offering a striking juxtaposition of Seoul’s heritage and its dynamic modern landscape.
Continue to Gyeongbokgung Palace, the grandest of the royal palaces of the Joseon Dynasty. Accompanied by a private guide, explore the palace grounds while learning about the royal court, the Joseon era, and Seoul’s evolution as Korea’s capital.
This evening, begin your culinary journey with an introduction to Korea’s distinctive spirits culture. Begin with a visit to Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market, Seoul's renowned seafood market and one of the city's most fascinating culinary destinations. Accompanied by a private guide and chef, explore the market's remarkable variety of seafood and learn how fresh products make their way from Korea's coastal waters to the tables of Seoul.
Select seasonal seafood for a special market-to-table lunch, prepared for you at one of the market's restaurants. This immersive experience offers an authentic glimpse into Korea's deep connection with the sea and its food culture.
After lunch, continue to Insadong, Seoul's historic neighborhood dedicated to Korean arts, crafts and traditional culture. Visit a traditional tea house for a private Korean tea experience and explore selected galleries and artisan shops featuring ceramics, calligraphy, traditional paper and other Korean crafts.

DAY 2 | Seoul Overnight
DAY 3 | Gyeongju Overnight
Leave the energy of Seoul behind and travel into the Korean countryside toward Yeongdong, Korea's leading grape-growing and domestic wine region. Here, discover an unexpected side of Korea through a private winery experience where you will learn about the country's developing wine industry, visit the winery and cellar, and taste wines produced from locally grown grapes. Following the tasting, enjoy a wine-paired lunch celebrating Korean ingredients and local wines.
From Yeongdong, continue toward historic Gyeongju and Golgulsa Temple, where you will spend the afternoon immersed in Korean Buddhist traditions. Participate in a temple experience that may include meditation, traditional tea and an introduction to Seonmudo, the temple's distinctive Buddhist martial-arts tradition.

After breakfast, transfer to Busan Airport for your included domestic flight to Jeju Island, where an entirely different side of Korea awaits.
Jeju's volcanic landscapes, distinctive cuisine and maritime traditions have created a culture unlike anywhere else on the Korean peninsula. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch featuring local island ingredients before learning about the Haenyeo, Jeju's remarkable female free divers and one of the island's most distinctive cultural traditions.
