DAY 1 | Arrival-Cape Town Overnight
Arrive in Cape Town and meet your private guide and driver for a seamless transfer to your luxury boutique hotel. After settling in, enjoy a relaxed afternoon to recover from your journey or explore the nearby waterfront. In the evening, gather for a welcome dinner featuring contemporary South African cuisine paired with a selection of Cape wines. The evening introduces the group to the country's extraordinary culinary and wine traditions while overlooking the city and surrounding mountains.

DAY 2 | Cape Town Overnight
Begin with a guided exploration of Cape Town, including a coffee tasting from different parts of Africa. Weather permitting, ascend Table Mountain by aerial cableway for spectacular views across the city, Atlantic coastline, and surrounding mountains. Enjoy a sophisticated lunch before continuing to the V&A Waterfront for time to explore its shops, galleries and harbor. In the evening, dine at one of Cape Town's acclaimed restaurants with a menu showcasing seasonal South African ingredients and regional wines.

DAY 3 | Cape Town Overnight
Today is devoted to one of South Africa's most spectacular scenic drives. Follow the Atlantic coastline through Camps Bay and Hout Bay before continuing along the dramatic Chapman’s Peak route toward the Cape Peninsula. Visit Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope, surrounded by rugged cliffs, ocean views and native fynbos. Continue to Boulders Beach to see the famous African penguin colony before enjoying a seafood-focused lunch overlooking the coast. Return to Cape Town for a dinner at leisure.

DAY 4 | Stellenbosch Overnight
Leave Cape Town and enter the Cape Winelands, beginning in historic Constantia with some of South Africa's oldest wine estates, for a guided tasting surrounded by Cape Dutch architecture and mountain scenery. Continue toward Stellenbosch, one of South Africa's most celebrated wine regions, with a stop for a leisurely wine-paired lunch at a prestigious estate. In the afternoon, arrive at your luxury Winelands hotel and enjoy a dinner/wine pairing experience. Relax in the evening surrounded by vineyards and mountains.

DAY 5 | Stellenbosch Overnight
Spend the day exploring the heart of the Cape Winelands, beginning with a private tasting at an acclaimed Stellenbosch estate. Discover South Africa's signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chenin Blanc and Bordeaux-style blends before enjoying a relaxed estate lunch. Continue through the scenic Franschhoek Valley, known for its French heritage, beautiful mountain setting and exceptional food and wine culture. Finish with a second premium tasting followed by dinner in Franschhoek before returning to your hotel.

DAY 6 | Safari-Luxury Safari Lodge Overnight
After breakfast, depart the Winelands and travel through the changing landscapes of the Western Cape toward the Klein Karoo. Arrive at your private game reserve in time for lunch and check-in before beginning your first safari experience. Spend the afternoon on a guided 4x4 game drive searching for elephant, lion, buffalo, rhino and other wildlife. As the sun sets over the Karoo landscape, return to the lodge for dinner beneath the African sky.

DAY 7 | Safari-Luxury Safari Lodge Overnight
Wake early for a sunrise game drive, when the reserve comes alive with wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast before enjoying a leisurely morning around the property or pool. After lunch, venture out again for an afternoon safari, giving the group a second opportunity to encounter South Africa's iconic wildlife in a completely different light. End the journey with a special farewell dinner celebrating the wines, landscapes and wildlife experienced throughout South Africa.

Enjoy breakfast overlooking the reserve before a final scenic drive back toward Cape Town. Arrive at Cape Town International Airport for your onward international flight, carrying memories of South Africa's extraordinary combination of wine country, ocean landscapes and African wilderness.

Price is $2,900 USD per traveler for double and $3,100 USD per traveler for solo travelers.
The dates for this tour are February 3 - 10, 2028.
In order to register for this FAM trip, it is required to pay a deposit of $600 USD. All trip fees are due on or before 9/15/2028.
