DAY 1 | Arrival-Rome Overnight

DAY 2 | Rome Overnight
This morning, explore the wonders of Ancient Rome with a guided visit to the iconic Colosseum and Roman Forum. After an included lunch, continue with a guided walking tour through Baroque Rome, including Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and entrance to the Pantheon. Along the way, enjoy a stop for a traditional Italian gelato tasting.

DAY 3 | Rome Overnight
Begin the day with a guided tour of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, home to some of the world's most celebrated art and architecture. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to explore Rome at your own pace, shop, or relax at a café. This evening, indulge in an unforgettable Michelin-starred dining experience.

DAY 4 | Rome - Castelli Romani Overnight
This morning, visit a local market with a private chef to select fresh ingredients before participating in a hands-on cooking class and enjoying the meal you have prepared. In the afternoon, travel to the Castelli Romani region for a guided visit to a historic winery, including its fascinating Roman wine caves and a tasting of local wines. Afterward, check in to your hotel in Frascati and enjoy dinner together.

DAY 5 | Tivoli - Castelli Romani Overnight
Travel to Tivoli this morning for a guided visit to Villa Adriana (Hadrian's Villa), one of the most impressive archaeological sites in Italy. Following lunch, continue to the magnificent Villa d'Este, renowned for its Renaissance gardens and spectacular fountains. Visit a winery with amphora (ceramic jar) wine production. Return to your hotel for dinner and a relaxing evening.

DAY 6 | Castelli Romani Overnight
Discover the culinary traditions of the Castelli Romani region with a visit to a producer of the famous Porchetta di Ariccia, followed by a tasting and guided walk through the historic town. Enjoy lunch at a traditional fraschetta before an afternoon excursion to Castel Gandolfo, known as the summer residence of the Popes. This evening, gather for a special farewell dinner to celebrate the journey.
