DAY 1 | Arrival-Dubrovnik Overnight
Upon arrival in Dubrovnik, guests will be met and transferred to their hotel. This afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Dubrovnik's UNESCO-listed Old Town, including its historic squares, palaces, and city walls. The tour concludes with a welcome tasting of Croatian wines, introducing guests to the country's diverse wine regions and indigenous grape varieties. This evening, enjoy a hosted welcome dinner at a premier local restaurant featuring contemporary Dalmatian cuisine paired with regional wines. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

DAY 2 | Pelješac Wine Region & Ston Gastronomy - Dubrovnik Overnight
After breakfast, depart for the Pelješac Peninsula, Croatia's premier wine-producing region and home of the renowned Plavac Mali grape. Visit carefully selected wineries for vineyard tours, cellar visits, and guided tastings. Enjoy lunch in Ston, famous for its oyster farms and fresh Adriatic seafood, paired with local wines. Continue with additional winery visits and educational presentations on Croatian viticulture and indigenous varietals. Return to Dubrovnik for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 | Full-Day Adriatic Yacht Experience: Dubrovnik to Korčula- Korčula Overnight
Following breakfast, transfer to the marina and board a private yacht for a full-day cruise through the spectacular Dalmatian Islands. Enjoy scenic sailing, swimming opportunities, and breathtaking coastal views while learning about Croatia's maritime heritage. A gourmet lunch featuring local seafood and Croatian wines will be served on board. Arrive in Korčula in the afternoon and visit a boutique winery to sample the island's signature Pošip and Grk wines. Dinner will be hosted at a waterfront restaurant before overnighting in a luxury hotel in Korčula.

DAY 4 | Korčula & Hvar Wine Discovery - Hvar Overnight
After breakfast, visit one of Korčula's acclaimed wineries for a deeper exploration of the island's unique wine culture. Continue by ferry or private boat transfer to Hvar, one of Croatia's most celebrated islands. Enjoy lunch featuring seasonal Dalmatian specialties before exploring Hvar Town and its rich traditions of winemaking, olive oil production, and lavender cultivation. The day concludes with a gourmet dinner highlighting regional cuisine paired with local wines. Overnight in Hvar.

DAY 5 | Hvar - Split Overnight
Following breakfast, transfer to Split and enjoy a guided visit of Diocletian's Palace, one of the world's most significant Roman monuments and Old Town Split. The group will have free time in the afternoon in Split. A farewell dinner will showcase modern Croatian gastronomy accompanied by a final tasting of regional wines.

DAY 6 | Departure
Price is $2,300 USD per traveler for double and $2,500 USD per traveler for solo travelers.
Airfare to/from Croatia is not included in this FAM Trip pricing; however, all transport during the FAM Trip is included in the FAM Trip pricing.
The dates for this tour are June 22 - 27, 2027.
