DAY 1 | Arrival-Santiago Overnight
Arrive in Santiago and meet your private driver for the transfer to your boutique hotel. After time to settle in, explore the historic and cultural heart of the city with a private guide, including Plaza de Armas, the historic center and the elegant neighborhoods surrounding Lastarria and Bellavista. Begin your introduction to Chilean gastronomy with a welcome dinner showcasing seasonal Chilean ingredients, Pacific seafood, meats and produce from the central valleys, accompanied by a selection of Chilean wines.

DAY 2 | Santiago Overnight
Travel south of Santiago into the Maipo Valley, one of Chile's most historic wine regions and particularly renowned for Cabernet Sauvignon. Visit a prestigious estate for a private vineyard and cellar experience followed by a premium tasting showcasing Cabernet Sauvignon and other estate wines. Continue to a second producer for a more intimate tasting before enjoying a leisurely wine-paired lunch featuring Chilean seasonal cuisine. Return to Santiago in the late afternoon for an evening at leisure.

DAY 3 | Colchagua Valley Overnight
Depart Santiago for the cool-climate Casablanca Valley, located between Santiago and the Pacific coast. Visit a leading winery known for its Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a private tasting exploring the influence of the valley's coastal climate. Continue to a second boutique producer for a more intimate tasting and vineyard experience. Enjoy a long, wine-paired lunch featuring fresh seafood, local produce and seasonal Chilean cuisine before continuing south toward the Colchagua Valley. Return to your hotel for a relaxed dinner admiring the scenery.

Spend the day immersed in Colchagua Valley, one of Chile's most celebrated red-wine regions. Begin at a leading estate with a private vineyard and cellar experience focused on Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Enjoy a premium tasting followed by lunch at the winery, pairing estate wines with Chilean cuisine and products from the surrounding countryside. In the afternoon, visit a second producer specializing in premium reds before returning to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

DAY 5 | San Pedro de Atacama Overnight
Enjoy breakfast before traveling back toward Santiago Airport for your domestic flight north to Calama. Check into your boutique desert hotel and enjoy time to relax and acclimatize. Meet your private driver for a journey across the desert to San Pedro de Atacama to see the Valle de la Luna. Experience a dinner inspired by the ingredients of the Atacama and the culinary traditions of northern Chile paired with a Pisco tasting.

DAY 6 | San Pedro de Atacama Overnight
Rise early for a private excursion to the spectacular El Tatio Geysers, one of the world's highest geothermal fields. Arrive in time to experience the dramatic steam columns rising from the volcanic landscape at sunrise, with the surrounding Andes providing a spectacular backdrop. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast before beginning the return journey through the desert, with opportunities to observe vicuña, flamingos and other native wildlife along the way. Return to San Pedro for a leisurely afternoon at the hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening dinner featuring northern Chilean cuisine and regional wines.

DAY 7 | San Pedro de Atacama Overnight
Journey into the high-altitude landscapes surrounding San Pedro for a private exploration of the Altiplanic Lagoons, where turquoise waters, volcanic peaks and expansive desert landscapes create some of the region's most spectacular scenery. Enjoy a leisurely lunch surrounded by the Andes before continuing through the Atacama's dramatic scenery and wildlife habitats. Return to San Pedro in the afternoon for time at leisure to relax, enjoy the hotel or explore the town's adobe streets and artisan shops. After dinner, experience one of Atacama's signature attractions: a private astronomical experience beneath some of the clearest skies on Earth.

DAY 8 | Santiago Overnight
Depart Calama and fly to Santiago and check into your boutique hotel. Spend the afternoon at leisure or exploring one of Santiago's vibrant culinary neighborhoods. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a contemporary Chilean restaurant as a farewell dinner. If you are continuing on to the Patagonia Optional Add - On FAM, rest up before departing to Chilean Patagonia the following day.

DAY 1 | Puerto Natales Overnight
Fly South to Puerto Natales. Upon arrival, meet your private driver and transfer to your boutique hotel overlooking the dramatic landscape of Chilean Patagonia. Spend the afternoon exploring the waterfront and historic center before enjoying a welcome dinner showcasing the flavors of Chilean Patagonia, including local lamb, seafood, berries, and regional products.

DAY 2 | Puerto Natales Overnight
Depart early for a full-day private exploration of Torres del Paine National Park, traveling through some of the most spectacular landscapes in southern Chile. Visit major viewpoints around the park, including the dramatic Paine Massif, Lago Nordenskjöld, Salto Grande and Lago Pehoé, with opportunities for short walks at scenic locations. Enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch featuring Patagonian specialties and regional products. Return to Puerto Natales in the evening for dinner at a restaurant specializing in local ingredients.

DAY 3 | Puerto Natales Overnight
Return to Torres del Paine for a second day focused on the park's western landscapes. Travel toward Lago Grey for views of Grey Glacier and the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, with a private boat excursion subject to weather and seasonal operating conditions. Enjoy lunch overlooking the dramatic landscape before returning toward Puerto Natales. Reservations and Deposits:
To reserve a place on the trip, you must complete and sign a reservation form and submit a deposit of $600 per person unless the tour requires a higher deposit for luxury trains or unique experiences. Should a tour require a higher deposit, a note will be made on the individual tour’s booking page on our website. A place on the tour is not guaranteed until we receive your deposit. Once your deposit is received, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance of the tour price.
Remaining trip fees less the $600.00 deposit are due on or before September 15, 2028.
Please note, Global Wine Pursuit Tours accepts bank transfers and payments via credit card. However, we do not accept personal checks as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If Global Wine Pursuit cancels the tour for any reason (including closure of international borders), you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel for any reason (medical or otherwise), the following fees apply per person:
$600.00 trip deposits per traveler are non-refundable with the exception if a tour does not run due to lack of sign ups.
180 days prior to departure: All trip fees paid, minus the $600 deposit or initial deposit amount paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.
179-90 days prior to departure 50% of tour fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.
89-61 days prior to departure 25% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation excluding the $600.00 deposit.
60 days prior to departure, 0% of fees paid will be refunded in the event of client cancellation.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance.
Passport:
All U.S. citizens traveling abroad must hold a valid passport. The passport must not expire earlier than six months before the date of re-entry to the United States.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in the vans, during meals, or indoors.
Behavior:
We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any person who is abusive toward others or who displays disruptive behavior.
Itinerary:
We will make every effort to follow the itinerary exactly as presented in the tour brochure. If changes become necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a substitution of equal or higher value.

Participants must be in reasonably good health and should inform Global Wine Pursuit Tours in advance of any relevant health conditions or accommodation needs. Travelers should be able to climb in and out of a minivan, take part in a slow-paced walking tour, and climb at least one flight of stairs.
