DAY 1 | Arrival
Arrive in Spain at Madrid Barajas Airport and take an included transfer to Castilla y León, one of the most historic and cultural epicenters of Spain. Castilla y Léon is not only one of the oldest provinces in Spain, but it is also where the Spanish language originates. Stay in a Castle from the 11th century and enjoy a welcome wine pairing experience with wines grown on its estate.

DAY 2 | TORO, SPAIN
Visit Toro, Spain where the first wines from Europe were shipped to the New World on the Niña, Pinta & Santa María created from the sensational Tinta de Toro, Grape. Attend a cheese master pairing class at a Cheese museum with a local expert. Visit a Historic Church from the 12th century followed by a Master Class and wine pairing of Toro’s local wines and tapas + lunch while learning about cuisine from the region with a local chef.

DAY 3 | SIERRA DE FRANCIA, SPAIN
Visit a local award-winning olive oil producer and pick olives from the trees. Enjoy an olive oil tasting to learn more about the different types of olive oil and which culinary dishes they best pair with. Partake in a unique wine tasting in the mountains, which is the only place in the world where the Rufete wine grape originates with a local lunch that celebrates the unique gastronomy of the Sierra de Francia Mountains of Spain. After relaxing in the afternoon with free time, dine at a local award-winning restaurant for dinner.

DAY 4 | SIERRA DE FRANCIA, SPAIN
Participate in a cooking class and wine pairing with a local chef exploring the unique flavors of the Sierra de Francia. Tour the medieval streets of the quaint mountain towns of this region of Spain that has some of the most unique and undiscovered gastronomy in Spain. Take a walking tour of La Alberca to learn about its unique history and architecture. Dinner this evening is at your leisure on your own.

DAY 5 | SALAMANCA, SPAIN
Stroll through the 800-year-old streets of Salamanca, Spain where one of Europe’s oldest universities is located named Universidad de Salamanca. Take a local walking tour to learn about the diverse styles of architecture present in this historic city. Savor a local tapas and wine pairing experience. Experience a multi-course food pairing and wine tasting at a Michelin restaurant. After dinner, take a walk through Salamanca as it is lit up at night to showcase its breathtaking architecture.

DAY 6 | Departure
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and depart Salamanca with an included transfer to Madrid Barajas Airport to fly out.
